At Alive IV and Wellness, we prioritize giving you the individualized care and attention you deserve. Scheduling an IV is EASY! For your convenience we offer 2 options:

Option 1: Schedule your own appointment…Here’s how it works:
- Book your own IV or injection via our scheduler below or here.
- Choose your IV or vitamin shots, and any desired add-ons.
- Enter your credit card or HSA information. You may choose to pay now or you may decide to pay when you come for your appointment.
- Join our membership program to save 20% while booking or you may sign up at your appointment. You are also certainly welcome to come as a non-member!
- Fill out the required consent form that will be email to you.
- Fill out the required health intake form.
- Enjoy your IV!
Option 2: Enjoy a free pre IV consultation
We offer a free 15-30 minute consultation with one of our skilled doctors or nurse practitioners to discuss your health concerns, goals, and needs.
During this session, our doctor will offer tailored recommendations to
meet your unique needs.
This initial appointment is free of charge.
- Choose “Pre-IV Consultation”.
- Schedule your phone appointment.
- Fill out the required consent form.
- You will receive a call by one of our healthcare providers at the scheduled time!
