Option 1: Schedule your own appointment
- Choose you IV and any desired add-ons.
- Enter your credit card or HSA information. After this you may choose to pay now or you may decide to pay when you come for your appointment.
- Fill out the required health intake form.
- Enjoy your IV!
Option 2: Enjoy a free pre IV consultation
Not sure what nutrients are right for you? We offer a free 15 minute consultation with one of our skilled doctors or nurse practitioners to help create a plan tailored to your unique needs.This pre IV consulatation is free of charge.
- Choose “Pre-IV Consultation”.
- Schedule your phone appointment.
- You will receive a phone call from one of our healthcare providers at the scheduled time to create your plan!
